lek. n. med. Katarzyna Kozioł, OB/GYN, Senior Clinical Embryologist ESHRE

Cofounder of the nOvum Fertility Clinic in Warsaw, where she holds the dual role of Deputy Director of Medicine and Head of the IVF Laboratory. Member of the Polish Gynaecological Society (PGS), the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE), as well as the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASMR). In January 1995 she performed the first intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) procedure in Poland, and in 2009 she introduced a method of genetic testing of unfertilised egg cells.

prof. dr hab. n. med. Waldemar Kuczyński, OB/GYN

Professor of the Gynaecology and Gynaecologic Oncology Clinic of the Medical University of Białystok. Head of the Kribank Centre for the Treatment of Infertility in Białystok. Member of the team which in 1987 brought about the birth of the first “in vitro” child in Poland. Ministry of Health expert in the fields of treatment of infertility through assisted reproduction,and the cryopreservation of tissue and organs. Between 2001 and 2008, Head of the Fertility and Sterility Section of the Polish Gynaecological Society. Since 2006, National Regulator of the European Assisted Conception Consortium which supervises the implementation of European law in EU member states

dr n. med. Anna Janicka, Biotechnologist

Polish representative in the ESHRE Committee of National Representatives, 2014-2017. Since 2010, directly involved in the implementation of the ESHRE European IVF Monitoring (EIM) programme. Repeatedly acknowledged by the Minister of Health for a series of publications on molecular biology and diagnosing hereditary cancer predisposition. Member of the Polish Gynaecological Society (PGS) and the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE). Quality controller and coordinator of clinical research and the Egg Cell Donation Programme at VitroLive in Szczecin

 

 

 

 

dr n. med. Joanna Liss, Senior Clinical Embryologist ESHRE, Laboratory Diagnostician

Director of the In Vitro Laboratory and member of the scientific research team of the INVICTA Fertility Clinic. Co-author of scientific projects dedicated to an original method preimplantation diagnostics focused on rare diseases, and the effectiveness of embryological procedures in the treatment of infertility. She was one of the first people in Poland to implement methods of cryopreservation of egg cells and ovarian tissue, FAMSI and sperm sorting procedures, and other innovations. Member of many Polish and international scientific societies (PTCG, PTDL, ESHRE, ASRM, PGDIS).

 

 

 

 

prof. dr hab. n. med. Krzysztof Łukaszuk, OB/GYN, Endocrinologists, Gynaecological Endocrinology and Fertility Specialist, Senior Clinical Embryologist ESHRE

Medical Director of the INVICTA Fertility Clinic and employee of the Medical University of Gdańsk. Polish pioneer in developing preimplantation diagnostics, conducts scientific research, including research into the use of next generation sequencing in the treatment of infertility. Member of Polish and international scientific societies (PTG, PTA, PTCG, ESHRE, ASRM). Author of almost 80 papers published in national and international scientific journals.

dr hab. Krzysztof Papis, Specialisation Embryology-Cryobiology 

Since 1978, working for the Experimental Embryology Department of the PAS Institute of Genetics and Animal Breeding in Jastrzębiec, in the fields of cryopreservation of animal embryos and the cultivation and in vitro fertilisation of oocytes. Pioneer of research concerning the vitrification of mammal embryos and oocytes. In 2000, in Japan, he received a patent in this field. Author of over 70 publications, including 22 peer-reviewed, original papers and over 30 reports at international conferences. Since 1994, head of the cryopreservation of human embryos and oocytes programme at the nOvum Clinic in Warsaw.

dr Jan Czerniecki, Biologist

Alumnus of the University of Białystok, since 2011 head of the Biology and Pathology of Human Reproduction Department of the PAS Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research in Olsztyn. Member of the Society of Reproductive Biology and the Polish Society of Reproductive Medicine and Embryology. 


 

dr hab. n. med. Stanisław Horák, OB/GYN Specialisation

Works in the Gynaecology, Obstetrics and Gynaecologic Oncology Department of the Medical University of Silesia and the head of the ANTRUM Medical Centre and DEMETER laboratory. Has over 30 years experience dealing with the field of infertility. Is the author of multiple publications and reports, shared nationally and internationally, mainly in the fields of infertility, andrology and gynaecological endoscopy. Member of scientific societies such as ESHRE, ESGE, PSRME and PTA. 

 

dr n. med. Robert Sienkiewicz, OB/GYN Specialisation

In 1988 he graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin. Since 1989, works at the PAM Gynaecological Clinic. In 1992, he received the title of I° Specialist of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and the title of II°Specialist of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 1995. In 1998 he received the title of Doctor of Medicine. Co-creator of the Assisted Reproduction Workshop by the Gynaecological Clinic, for which he received an ward from the Chancellor of the Pomeranian Medical University. In 2001 he received the honorary title “Physician- a Friend to Women” awarded to him by the readers of “Twój Styl”. Since 2014. he has been a member of the Revisory Committee of the Polish Society of Reproductive Medicine and Embryology (PSRME), as well as a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology. His particular professional interest are: reproductive medicine, gynaecological endocrinology,  aesthetic gynaecology and endoscopic surgery.
